Why do we coach contractors?

Prior to starting The Contractors Coach, owner Karan Dhillon, spent more than 12 years in the corporate world. During that time he worked in sales and marketing, training fortune 500 management teams across 5 continents.

Wanting to leave the corporate world, Karan began working with small business owners, training them in sales to help grow revenue and profits. Word spread and contractors started approaching him for help. Karan realized improving contractor’s sales skills was only one piece needed for them to run a successful company. Hence, The Contractors Coach was formed.

Since then, his team has been taking owners of construction businesses through a unique process that creates exceptional growth in a very short time span.
